 The history of Uji Shichimeien company is rooted in six centuries when Tycoon Ashikaga during Muromaty period highly appreciated Uji tea. And he gave seven pieces of ground for planting and growing of tea. Traditional experience accumulated for centuries gives us the possibility to name the company as one of the best producers of Tencha, Matcha, Gyokuro, Sencha, Genmaicha and Hojicha tea in Kyoto. The main principle of the Uji Shichimeien company is still traditional self-sacrificing adherence to plant and grow tea of the best quality. We name this tea "Respectable Tea".

 Nishide company is situated in Ujitawara town, prefecture Kyoto. They are growing and producing Uji tea more than 150 years. The main principle of the company is to save the natural characteristics of tea. It is attained in the process of making and storing tea in optimum temperature and humidity conditions. For this purpose the producers use a special refrigerator storage with the constant temperature - 3 °С and thus they save the tea fresh while it is in storage. The tea is prepacked in vacuum and metal packing, which also saves a high quality of tea and keeps it fresh until tea will be sold and delivered to the final customer. We name this tea -"Fresh tea".
